The Low-Energy Meal Rescue Kit

For Exhausted Bodies & Overwhelmed Brains

Get the exact low-energy meal formulas, grab-and-go food ideas, and rescue shelf system I use to stay fed on foggy, high-pain, and "I cannot make one more decision" days — without forcing discipline, fighting your nervous system, or pretending you have unlimited capacity.

In This Free Guide, You'll Learn:

  • The 3-Part Meal Rescue Formula I use when my brain goes offline — just pick one protein, one easy energy, and one comfort add-on to create a steadying meal in minutes without decision fatigue.

  • The Meal Rescue Ladder that matches your meal to your actual energy level right now — from "Level 0: No-Cook, Barely-Anything Meals" to "Level 3: Future-You Meals" — so you stop forcing yourself into plans built for a capacity you don't have.

  • The "What Can I Eat Right Now?" Quick-Reference Lists organized by what your body actually needs (warm, cold, crunchy, soft, no-mess, or already crashing) — so you never stare at the fridge paralyzed by options again.

  • The Rescue Shelf Blueprint for your pantry, fridge, and freezer — with the exact foods to keep on hand so Future You always have a low-barrier option waiting on the hard days.

What This Reset Is Designed To Help You Feel

“This met me where I actually was.”

“Finally, a meal reset that didn’t shame me.”

“For the first time in a long time, feeding myself felt like care instead of a chore.”

“It didn’t ask me to become someone else. It helped me nourish the person I already am.”

“I didn’t need more discipline. I needed fewer obstacles.”

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey! I'm Andee

I'm the creator behind The Wild Signal, and I help women with chronic illness, trauma, burnout, menopause and neurodivergence simplify nourishment so they can feel healthy and supported, even on the hardest days.

But it hasn't always been this way…

For most of my life, I looked capable from the outside. I was the one who pushed through, over-functioned, and somehow always made the impossible things work. But inside? I was exhausted, inflamed, neurodivergent, chronically ill, and living in survival mode.

Somewhere along the way, even feeding myself started to feel impossible.

I knew what I ate mattered. But every recipe or plan was too complicated, too rigid, or too disconnected from the reality of living in a body with limited capacity and a limited budget.

I didn't need another perfect meal plan.

I just needed food that felt possible.

Over the last 2 years I have been rebuilding my nervous system and relationship with food in ways that honored my limitations — and helping others do the same.

I will never claim to have this thing called life figured out. But if what I have learned along the way can give even one of you the recognition, understanding, community, hope and resources that I needed when I was in your place, it will all be worth it.
